I created a last minute Halloween charcuterie board and thought I would share my tips on how I created it. I wanted to bring a fun, festive vibe in my house to get in the Halloween spirit and with Halloween being tomorrow, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money or time putting something together. Charcuterie boards are perfect for entertaining or for a fun snack idea for the family. I used a regular 18” cutting board and started with the bigger items first. I used a foam skull, two small glass containers filled with popcorn and candy corn and a mini pumpkin as my starter items to build around. I wanted a variety of colors on my board so I decided to go with white chocolate covered pretzels, Reese’s pieces and Reese’s cups (because they are the perfect color for Halloween…and because they are my favorite candy 😉), Oreos and Trolli Sour Bite Crawlers. I used these items to fill in the empty spaces on the board, and voila! You have a perfectly themed Halloween Charcuterie board. I have linked some of the items I used below that are easily accessible for a last minute shopping trip. Watch the video below to see how I put it together. Enjoy!
