Full service Interior Design- Contact us for pricing
We offer full service interior design services to take the stress off of your plate and help you create the home of your dreams. If you need help with anything from furniture, art and accessories selection; help with lighting, tile and paint selection; delivery and installation of all items, this is the package for you.
Re-Design- $100/hour (plus the cost of any items needed)
Our re-design service is for those who need a little help with the items they already have or need help shopping for accessories and artwork to help create a beautiful home. Do you already have furniture and accessories, but just don’t know how to bring it all together for a cohesive look? Need help with placement of furniture and artwork? Or do you need help with shopping for accessories, artwork & bedding? If so, this is the package for you. This package does include installation if needed.
E-Design- $400/room (10% discount on 2 or more rooms)
Our E-Design service is a do-it-yourself decorating solution that provides you with a master plan for creating a professionally designed space or entire home that you can implement on your own time and pace. We provide a design rendering via email of the space you want designed and include a floor layout with placement instructions and a shopping list with prices of all items based on your budget. We will need photos and measurements of each room in order to create an E-Design rendering.
HOME STAGING
$25 Consultation Fee applies to Vacant Stage package within a 40 mile radius.
Walk and Talk Consult- $100/hour
This service includes walking the property in person or via provided photos or videos. We will provide a detailed report of recommendations to place the home in the best selling position.
Vacant Stage- Contact us for pricing
We offer full and partial vacant staging that highlights the best features of the home and helps buyers connect with the property which increases perceived value and reduces time on the market.
Occupied Stage- $100/hour
Our occupied staging service includes reviewing the home, decluttering, depersonalizing and staging key areas of the home utilizing the homeowner’s furniture, art and accessories to clearly define spaces and place the home in the best selling position.

ORGANIZATION
$25 Consultation Fee applies for organization services within a 40 mile radius.
Organization Services- $100/hour (plus the cost of organization items or trash removal if needed)
